| Rollforming your own sealable flanges on transverse duct ends during the manufacturing process has never been easier. The TDC flange, formed on the machine's left-hand auxiliary, has unique, snap-on corners that eliminate spot welding. Optional rolls are also available for Z-Bar and TDC Clip. | ||||

| The TDC has been expanded into a tri-plate construction, allowing an optional second inboard profile to be formed. This is especially practical for out international market, where the benefit of 25mm and 35mm TDC II can be produced on one rollformer. | ||||

Lockformer TDC Notcher

| With the Notcher, you can gang-notch sheet metal hydraulically up to 600% faster than by hand. Hydraulic shut-off valves provide quick, individual notching head control; a measuring tape set in the back gauge bar allows instant locating of the heads; and a locking handle aids in the adjusting of the notch depth. | ||||
